Payments

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Shopping with Bold and Bling and Bold, Bold and Bling Jewelry and Bold and Bling Collective is secure.  We use a SSL certificate to ensure all transactions are safe.

When do you charge my credit card for my order?

Once you place your order your credit card is charged immediately so that we can begin production.  You will receive an email confirmation with your order details soon after your order is placed.  You will also receive another email once your order has shipped.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  Paypal is also accepted.  For orders over $50 we also offer ShopPay that allows you to pay over time by splitting you balance into 4 easy payments.

*We will be adding AfterPay as a payment option soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

We love our products and we hope that you will too.  To help minimize the need for return, please carefully read the item description before purchasing.  If you need clarification please contact us so that we can help.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. Return or exchange authorization will only be granted to eligible items.  Items must be returned in the same manner in which you receive it, ie brand new, unworn, in original packaging unused. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted that do not follow these basic guidelines. 

Return Exclusions:

We will NOT authorize or accept returns/exchanges of any kind for the following items:

  • -Personalized: Any item that has been customized in any way.  This includes but is not limited to personalized ornaments and mugs with names and dates.
  • -Customizations/special requests - including design modifications.
  • -Items that have been used or worn.
  • -Items purchased for a specific holiday for which said holiday has past.  For example a Christmas ornament is not returnable after Christmas UNLESS the item was received damaged or flawed and notification was received prior to the holiday.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping cost and these fees will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to company error.

 

Contact us here to initiate your return and we will respond with instructions and a return authorization number within 24 hours. 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most of our items are made to order.  In general orders are process and shipped within 1-3 business days with most orders shipping within 2 days of placing your order.  Processing times may increase slightly during peak seasons and holidays.  For more accurate processing times please check our home page.  At the top right corner is an image with current processing times.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes you can upgrade your shipping.  During the checkout process you will see all of the available shipping services.  Please keep in mind the shipping times does not include production time.  If you would like to RUSH your order we can do so for an additional RUSH fee of $20 plus your shipping cost.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or is incorrect?

In the event that your package arrives with extensive visible damage, appears tampered with or is the wrong order, contact us as soon as possible at support@boldandbling.com

If you believe your item arrived with a manufacturing defect please contact support@boldandbling.com providing your order number, explanation of defect (pictures are encouraged) and we will advise on the next steps to resolve any issues. 

Please make sure that you enter your customization information correctly.  We process orders with the exact information you provide.

What is your shipping policy?

Transit time and cost is to be decided by customer at checkout. We ship using USPS ground 5 to 8 days in transit), FedEx Ground (3 to 5 business days in transit), *FedEx 2-day Air and *FedEx Overnight (*FedEx Express only ships on business days). Orders sent to a PO Box will automatically ship via USPS.  Please make sure that you enter your address details correctly.  We ship to the address you provide at the time your order is placed. We will not be responsible for inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout, inaccurate method, any delay caused in transit, and any delivery issues once the item has been marked as “Delivered”.

Please note:

  • Transit time does not account for production time
  • Shipping is a service and will not be refunded if items are returned
  • If you would like signature added to delivery, please note this in the comment box at checkout and we will notify you of any additional fees if applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

We do offer international shipping worldwide and offer multiple transit options, please note that USPS does take a few weeks for international transit and only tracks until it leaves the US, then its in the hand of your local post office and customs and not trackable vs. UPS which we offer as well and much quicker, typically 1-2 weeks and tracks all the way to you. Please note that all international orders are final sale.  

Customization

What if I enter the wrong name?

If you entered the incorrect spelling or wrong name on your personalized item you should notify us ASAP.  We will make every effort to make the correction however there is no guarantee.  In most cases corrections can be made up to 1hr after placing your order.  Please contact us ASAP at support@boldandbling.com
