What quality are the products?

All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure the maximum use and leisure, offering you peace of mind. However in the unlikely circumstance that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team who will endeavor to resolve the issue for you promptly.

Can I return an item for a refund?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I get in touch with Customer Care?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Since most of our items are made to order we cannot cancel orders once it begins processing. Once the order ships it cannot be canceled. Send all cancelation requests to support@boldandbling.com

Are orders shipped on weekends?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and are delivered throughout the week including Saturday if your order is shipped via USPS. Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address and contact details on your order as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team by emailing support@boldandbling.com 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated straight away.
